SnipingIn the sniping technique, we call them up with our caller, and when they are close enough, we get our guns out and start shooting at them. If we hit him, we start hoooping and a hollering that we got him. If we missed them, we say “dang.” If I have a partner hunting with me, he starts laughing at me because I missed him. The RunsWhen we are asleep, we start hear them howling. We put on our coveralls, and start up those Hondas. Then we split up three ways (two on each side and one in the middle). Whoever finds the coyote will holler on the CB (going “alala coyote” or “COYOTE!!!” or “I see him”). The others will follow who finds him. Coyotes Caught1. 30lb. caught on December 29, 2002
3. Shot on March 26, 2004 If we are driving around and spot a coyote, whoever spots it will sound off the coyote located call. Think you know everything? Take the Coyote Quiz presented by Hunting Net. Here's
one of our run pictures. Here are some of the pictures of the coyote on October 31, 2004 |
